砂糖にバター、卵も使用せずに素材をフルに生かしたベーグル。このシンプルな素材と同じ様に店のイメージも鉄、木などの無垢な感じを共通としており倉庫のイメージとオープンな感じの空間により手作りのベーグルとの相性により温かみがある空間構成であります 。

 

The bagel without using sugar, butter and eggs; the simplicity is also expressed in this shop with just steels and woods, presenting the image of a warehouse and creating an open environment.
